Prep Time-20 minutes

Cook Time-1 hour

1 lb ground beef

¼ cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup Original Bo-Mack BBQ Sauce

1/2 cup crushed crackers or bread crumbs (for crackers use Ritz or Saltine crackers)

1 egg

1 tsp. granulated garlic

1 tsp. granulated onion or onion powder

1 tsp. black or white pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Grease an 8”x4” baking pan and spread meatloaf evenly in the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Temp at 165. Serve and Enjoy!

Bo-Mack style Meatballs

Prep time-15 minutes

Cook time-20-35 minutes

1 LB Hamburger

½ LB Pork Sausage

½ cup Original Bo-Mack BBQ Sauce and ½ cup for glazing later

1 Tsp. Granulated Garlic

1 Tsp. Onion Powder

1 Egg

1 cup shredded Mexican Blend Cheese

Mix all ingredients and form into 1” Meatballs. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes then remove from the oven and drizzle the ½ cup of Original Bo-Mack BBQ Sauce over the meatballs for glazing. Place back in the oven for 10- 15 minutes or until the meatballs reach desired heat. Serve with Original Bo-Mack BBQ Sauce to the side for dipping and enjoy!

Bo-Mack Hamburgers

Prep time-15 minutes

Cook time-20 minutes

1 LB Hamburger

½ cup Original Bo-Mack BBQ Sauce

1 tsp. Granulated Garlic

1 tsp. Salt

1/3 tsp. Black Pepper

Form into 2-8oz. patties. Cook over a charcoal grill or in a greased pan until cooked to desired perfection (or until degrees is 160°F or over). Serve with Bo-Mack Burger Sauce and Enjoy!


Bo-Mack Burger Sauce

Prep time-5 minutes

Cook time-0 minutes

2 cups Mayo

1 cup Original Bo-Mack BBQ Sauce

Mix and serve on Hamburgers or as a fry dipping sauce, yummy!

BBQ Baked Beans

Prep Time-10 minutes

Cook Time-20 minutes

2 small cans (16oz.) B&M Beans or your favorite brand

½ cup Original Bo-Mack BBQ Sauce or Sweet ‘N’ Sassy

½ tsp. Mustard

¼ cup crispy bacon cut into small pieces2Tbsp. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients in a deep cooking pan thoroughly. Then place pan on stove top to cook over Medium heat for 20 minutes stirring frequently as to avoid burning. Once your beans come to a simmer leave on stove top for 5 min, but continue to stir the beans. Then remove and serve!

Homemade Chili

Prep time-10 minutes

Cook time-1 hour

1 LB cooked and chopped Smoked Beef Brisket

¼ cup finely chopped Onion

¼ cup chopped Green Bell Pepper

¼ of 1 finely chopped Jalapeno/you can omit this if you don’t like spicy

Heat ¼ cup of vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Then add all of the above ingredients and stir occasionally to avoid burning. Then continue to add the following ingredients to your pot…..

½ cup Original Bo~Mack BBQ Sauce

1 can tomato sauce (15oz.)

1 can diced tomatoes (14.5oz.)

1 can kidney beans (15.25oz)

1 packet chili seasoning

¼ teaspoon chili powder

Stir everything together thoroughly. Then simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes stirring frequently to avoid burning. Serve and Enjoy!
